Full NOMS implemented at Phoenix Sky Harbor Int.Airport
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport stands as a pinnacle of aviation excellence in the United States and across the globe.
As one of Casper's esteemed clients, they have embraced innovation wholeheartedly since joining our family in the summer of 2023, marking a significant milestone as our inaugural southwestern partner.
Navigating the intricacies of Phoenix airspace, renowned for its complexity, was no small feat. With over 400,000 annual operations and a rich tapestry of historical data spanning two decades, the task at hand was formidable.
Moreover, the airport's operations are under constant scrutiny by the discerning residents of the city, necessitating a meticulous approach to community engagement and transparency. Despite these challenges, the installation and implementation of our cutting-edge system at Phoenix Airport proceeded seamlessly. Starting with the transition of twenty fixed Larson Davis 831C noise monitors and one portable noise monitor from the prior vendor which was a quick and easy process, with the integration completed overnight and no loss of data.
From there, leveraging our unparalleled expertise, we seamlessly integrated existing noise abatement policies, procedures, and geofencing into our system. This facilitated the seamless importation of historical data, streamlined gate and corridor management, and automated procedures, including sophisticated noise complaint correlation.
The culmination of our efforts materialized with the deployment of the new ATC/RT system and Casper Noise ATC Module at PHX, marking the completion of the full suite of Casper products at the airport. From the Casper Flight Tracker (https://flighttracker.casper.aero/phx/) to Noise Lab, Contours, and Voicemail transcription integration, Phoenix now boasts a comprehensive arsenal of tools designed to optimize operations and enhance the passenger experience.
