Shay Golan joins Casper
As of May 15th, 2023 Shay Golan has joined Casper as Customer Success Director.
Shay has worked for over 20 years in the Telecom, SW / HW & Cyber security industry within a range of positions for companies such as Audiocodes, Essence security and Expereo.
He fulfilled various roles in leadership of international Customer Success / Account Management / *Managed* Service / Operations and Customer facing units.
Shay developed, led, and mentored global customer success organizations through strategy, objectives, and key results. He is also a certified lawyer, and as part of his experience & approach he will be converting the company’s strategic goals into detailed action plans.
At the same time, the client’s objectives and needs are at the center of his attention.
