Starting this year, Eindhoven Airport has chosen Casper to provide them with a full suite of Noise and Flight Tracking with 10 newly installed noise monitors.

Casper Noise monitors, analyzes, and reports on aircraft noise. It will also allow for efficient and reliable complaint management. Ten new noise monitors have been installed around the airport to measure real-time aircraft noise.

To enhance the communication on aircraft noise to the public and to make the complaint process easier and more insightful, we provide three solutions to the airport. Casper Flight Tracking provides near real-time information on flight movements and noise. It integrates with the Complaint Portal to allow for filing complaints and provide insight into the history of complaints and causes. More interactive information is communicated using Noise Lab.

This is integrated into the airport's community portal (www.samenopdehoogte.nl). With these solutions in place, we help Eindhoven Airport accommodate the wishes of surrounding residents to improve the logging of complaints and enhance the insights in aircraft movements and noise around the airport.

Altogether this will bring more insight into the operation of the airport and the impact on local residents.
