Casper is excited to announce that we have expanded the Casper team in both France and the Netherlands!

Francis Bourganel - France

We are very excited to welcome Francis Bourganel as Global acoustics and noise specialist at Casper BV. With over twenty years of experience in the field of acoustics and vibrations, Francis brings his knowledge and expertise to strengthen our capacity to respond to our growing range of customers and markets. He got his start in the so-called NVH field (Noise, Vibration & Harshness, related to transportation industry), where he had grown into the role of Head of Product Validation for a new range of sound level meters. In the past 10 years, he has held the position of Product Manager for construction sites noise and vibration monitoring solutions, acoustic prediction software, acoustic cameras, and custom software solutions.

Francis likes to consider himself as a “passeur”, a French word designating people that translate ideas and concepts between technical and non-technical persons. My role at Casper is a new and a challenging adventure with a powerful successful international team.

Francis is living with his family in the area of Lyon (France) and is a happy father of 3 girls. He practices music with friends and enjoys running in the surrounding hills.

Siwart van der Veen - The Netherlands

We are delighted to appoint Siwart van de Veen to our Dutch team. In his role as Project and Account Manager he is responsible for customers in the Benelux area and also for Quality related projects such as obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 and 27001 certification.

Siwart studied Aeronautical Engineering at the HTS in Haarlem. After graduation he has worked at Fokker Aircraft Product Support Division for over 12 years and then for 19 years at the Engineering & Maintenance Division of KLM in various positions such as Project Manager, Account Manager and Engineering Manager. The last 5 years Siwart worked as Manager ICT at KLM Equipment Services BV.

Siwart resides in Heemstede (North-Holland) together with his wife Simone. They like to travel and did that frequently before COVID struck. For now he is staying closer to home and for the first time he takes the bike to go to work!

Marank van Noordt - The Netherlands

Casper has added Marank van Noordt to the Dutch team. In the role as Marketeer her aim is to give Casper more efficient exposure both online and offline. Marank will support our international commercial team in the Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions.

Marank has her bachelor degree in Marketing - International Management and therefore did an internship at Seat S.A. in Barcelona for half a year. After her study she has worked in several Marketing roles; Marketing Assistant at Philips, Marketing Coördinator at TMA Logistics and have renewed the corporate identity in her previous job at a technical company in railway systems. She also runned her own two webshops. Because of the divers experience of Marank she will be the flexible employee we need.

Marank is living in Beverwijk (North-Holland, near Haarlem) with her boyfriend and two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Travelling is one of the things she loves to do and she is actually surprised how beautiful her own 'little' country is!
