We are looking for a Project & Account Manager to join our US team

Our success and rapid growth in the U.S. market has opened an opportunity for a hardworking, independent, highly motivated and skilled Project & Account Manager to join our talented and enthusiastic international team and help fuel Casper’s continued North American expansion.


THE POSITION:

The successful candidate will work closely with the North American team to build relationships with both existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for gathering software/hardware requirements and delivering the best solutions in the marketplace to airports across North America.


You will be involved in writing proposals for prospective customers and ultimately working in cooperation with the U.S. and Netherlands HQ team. After contract signing, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the software and will manage all aspects of the project through delivery and system acceptance. During the contract, you will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction in your role as an account manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain excellent relations with our airport customers in the U.S. and Canada
  • Serve as the project manager for new customer software/hardware implementations
  • Translate customer requirements into high-level designs and input for the project configuration team
  • Manage the planning, budgeting, deliverables, and deadlines for all assigned projects 
  • Develop curriculum and conduct new and recurrent customer training on software
  • Ensure contracted service, and support levels are achieved and maintained
  • Work with Sales and Marketing team to generate new business and participate in customer events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Participate in writing proposals and conduct presentations
  • Limited domestic travel in the U.S. and occasional trips to The Netherlands

It is important that you are organized in your work, can set priorities well and remain a proactive and consistent point of contact for our clients. For this role we are looking for an independent professional with a great sense of responsibility and customer-oriented attitude.


Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the Aviation, Computer Science or Business fields highly desired
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry is preferred, with noise and operations monitoring experience a huge plus
  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in software support and account management
  • Familiar with software implementation projects
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently but in a team approach
  • Fluent in English and preferably bilingual
